Weaning has Commenced

I have started to slowly wean Tommy off the boob. Why? Because the little turkey has teeth now and keeps biting me!! And he's too little to understand "no", so I decided it's time to switch to the baba. So far, he is doing okay, but he still definitely prefers the boob. Today, he took the bottle for two out of his five feedings, so that's pretty good. I think I am having as hard a time with this as he is; I really enjoy nursing him (I never thought I would); I cherish the closeness of it, but, at the same time, I don't appreciate bloody nipples!! So, this is the best for both of us, I think.
