For Halloween this year, Peyton decided on Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, of course. Zoe opted for Svengoolie--brilliant! And for the Halloween party at school, Zoe decided she didn't want to wear the black Svengoolie make up all day, so she got a plain tee, wrote Go Ceilings! among other accolades on it and went as a ceiling fan--ha! Isabelle was Vampira, though she didn't want fangs, because they aren't very pretty, she decided. She did have long, blittery fake eyelashes, though. And I dressed Tommy in a super fuzzy, cuddly three-eyed, two-horned green monster costume! He didn't like wearing the hood. On trick-or-treat night, NOBODY in our neighborhood was giving out candy. So, Papa and I took the kids in-town La Porte and they did fine. Papa pushed Tommy in his stroller, he was just looking around, taking in all of the unusual sights. The girls, of course, had a great time!
